To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Trainer / Instructor / Lecturer (m/f/d) in Pharma, Medicine & Life Sciences.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing academic support and mentoring for participants in our training program “Certified Pharmaceutical Representative” and other courses of the 1st Internet Pharmacy School (1.IPS)
- Monitoring learning progress and conducting online seminars
- Maintaining and further developing training materials
- Advising prospective participants and guiding them through the enrollment process
- Organizing participant administration: enrollment, withdrawal, communication with funding bodies (e.g. employment agencies, BAföG offices, pharmaceutical companies)
- Supporting participants with IHK admission applications
- Collaborating with internal departments (IT, Marketing, Finance)
- Ensuring compliance with internal quality management standards and participating in audits
- Contributing to business development activities for the 1.IPS
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or a degree in a medical or life sciences field
- Experience in adult education and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge in a practical, applied way
- Knowledge of quality management and interest in serving as QMB (Quality Management Representative)
- Strong IT skills and openness to digital workflows
- A structured, reliable, and well-organized working style
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Preferred: experience in field sales and/or a pedagogical qualification
