Her many years of training exercise instructors and tutoring in e-learning have further strengthened her ability to effectively impart knowledge in the healthcare sector. Additionally, her experience in product management for pharmacy products provides her with a deep understanding of the structures and developments within the healthcare industry.

1.IPS Online Training Medical Science Liaison Manager (MSL, MSLM)
The role of a Medical Science Liaison Manager (MSLM, MSL) or Medical Manager is a relatively new medical-scientific interface between drug development and authorization, regulatory stakeholders and key opinion leaders, marketing and sales. The Medical Science Liaison Manager (MSLM, MSL) was only created after the millennium in response to the increasing complexity of healthcare regulations. The increased requirements for additional drug benefits and regulatory compliance in drug development necessitate specialized communication between drug companies and the various interest groups, such as authorities, payers and professional medical associations. This necessity has led to the creation of a separate job description, that of Medical Liaison Manager, MLM. The addition of the word “Science” to the title and the letter “S” in the abbreviation of the name came about somewhat later, primarily to emphasise the scientific nature of the job. Nowadays, the most common abbreviations are “MSL” and “MSLM”.
