What to expect: Your responsibilities as a pharmaceutical consultant
- Working closely with one of the world’s most significant research-based pharmaceutical companies, you will support the market launch of a new, innovative product. You will convey in-depth knowledge regarding the product’s therapeutic added value to medical specialists, hospital physicians, and medical staff, while building lasting networks.
- You will inspire customers with the benefits our products and solutions offer their patients, thereby fostering sustainable business relationships.
- You will identify new business opportunities in the market and actively expand your network. You will develop and implement sales strategies in a proactive, goal-oriented manner.
- You will closely monitor the market, conduct market and potential analyses, and provide updates on relevant developments regarding competitors and healthcare policy.
- You will continuously optimize your market activities—both offline and digitally—covering everything from customer analysis and visit planning to the precise execution of our product strategy.
- You will organize information events and attend key congresses. Executing customer-specific projects is also part of your varied range of duties.

What you bring to the table: Your qualifications
- A completed degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, or medicine, plus initial professional experience in pharmaceutical field sales.
- Certification under § 75 AMG (Qualified Pharmaceutical Sales Representative) and demonstrable initial experience in pharmaceutical field sales.
- You are service- and customer-oriented with a keen sense for the needs of your contacts.
- Your quick grasp of new concepts helps you familiarize yourself rapidly with new topics and grow through new challenges.
- You are a true team player who enriches our team with your personality.
- Your communication is precise and persuasive, enabling you to engage in scientific dialogue on equal footing with specialists and hospital physicians.
- You are experienced in using modern software and hardware tools (MS Office, iPad presentations, etc.).
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are a given for you.
- High willingness to travel and stay overnight away from home (Class B driver’s license). Residence within the sales territory is an advantage.

- Salary range: €70,000 to €90,000
Employment type: Temporary employment (staff leasing)—initially to cover a medical leave of absence, with the potential for permanent hiring.
